CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
RETURNS
We offer a 14 day returns policy from the date of delivery. Items are to be sent back exactly as they were received.
Please follow the instructions on the paperwork which is included in your package to process a return. If you didn't receive the paperwork, please email support@fynejewelry.co.uk with your name and address.
For your return to be eligible the items must be:

International customers are to obtain a customs declaration form from your local post office or from your chosen courier and state 'Return Of Goods'. Custom costs and any charges for returning our goods are to be paid by the buyer.
Please note that buyers are responsible for the cost of returning any pieces.
We highly recommend that postage should be sent back tracked & signed for delivery. We cannot refund any lost packages and we will not be held responsible for any lost packages.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on the following pieces:

REFUNDS
Please allow 10 -15 working days for your return to process. We shall send an email of the refund amount in your refund confirmation email. The original payment method can take a few days to each you.

CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
When an order is placed it is send directly to my workshop and picked up by our artisans. As our orders are hand crafted, materials are cut for each order and this cannot be undone once an order hits production.

Emails are responded within 24 - 48 hours Monday - Friday.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you have purchased a returnable item (please see above for none returnable items) we would recommend returning the original order in line with our returns policy and placing a new order for your new item.
We do not refund the original shipping cost.
