TRACK UK ORDERS
UK packages are shipped with Royal Mail. Your tracking number can be found in the shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can use the link below to track your order:

TRACK INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail and once the package has reached the chosen country, it will be delivered by the countries main postal service. We ship all our international orders using the 'Track & Signed For' service.
Once the package has left the UK, you will be redirected via your tracking number to the countries main postal service website for further updates as the package makes it way through the postal system.
DELIVERY
Our delivery prices (Royal Mail)
UK Express (1st Signed for) – delivery time 1 – 2 working days - £4.95
UK Next day by 1pm tracked and signed – Next day - £8.99
Orders are likely received before or within the estimated times, however delays are possible. Please note that the delivery times shown are approximate.
The shipping time is an estimate, after our production and dispatch times.
We will strive to do all we can to prioritise your order having chosen Next Day delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
The processing time is required before items are dispatched.
All NONE UK orders - Please write the delivery address in ENGLISH to prevent any delays.
These are the estimated delivery times for international shipping outside of the UK.
- Europe: 7 - 15 business days
- USA & Canada: 10 - 15 business days
- The Rest of the World: 10 - 24 business days
We will try our very best to meet these delivery times but we cannot guarantee them.
Custom, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to custom or import duties and tax charges on 14K gold fill jewelry. Once it reaches the countries border even though many countries do not charge but if they do, these charges are payable by the buyer and we do not cover or reimburse these costs. This also includes any import fees on orders with complimentary shipping.
We recommend checking the import regulations for your country for any additional charges.
