FAQ - Production Times & Shipping

PRODUCTION TIMES

Each piece is made crafted to order just for you! We require some time to do this. 

Below is our current production times:

Ready To Ship Orders: 1 - 2 working days, Monday - Friday 

 Personalised Made To Orders: 3 - 5 working days, Monday - Friday

Custom Made To Orders: 5 - 10 workings days, Monday - Friday

If you have a Ready-To-Ship piece with a Custom or Personalised piece, your order will be shipped all together after the given production time for a Custom or Personalised piece.

If you require the Ready-To-Ship order sooner, we recommend doing a separate order.

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

Yay! We ship worldwide! International delivery times are estimated and can vary at times. 

Customs duties and taxes are now collected at checkout, ensuring a smooth and seamless purchasing experience with no unexpected import charges upon delivery. 

It is the buyers responsibility to review the country's destinations custom & duties policy for any fees or taxes as we are not responsible for any additional charges and we do not cover or reimburse these costs. This also includes any import fees on orders with complimentary shipping. 

We recommend checking the import regulations for your country for any additional charges.

NOTE: Parcels can be delayed in customs due to the customs clearing process.
