Can You Guarantee My Order Will Arrive by a Specific Date?

If you need your order by a certain date, we recommend checking our current production times and estimated delivery times before placing your order to ensure there is enough time for your package to arrive.

While we work hard to dispatch every order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control and occasional delays within the postal network may occur.

For UK orders, we recommend selecting Next Day Guaranteed Delivery at checkout if your order is time-sensitive.

For international orders, please contact us before placing your order if you require expedited shipping and we'll be happy to provide a quote for an express courier service.
