Custom, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to custom or import duties and tax charges on 14K rose gold/gold fill jewelry and sterling silver.

Once it reaches the countries border even though many countries do not charge but if they do, these charges are payable by the buyer and we do not cover or reimburse these costs. This also includes any import fees on orders with complimentary shipping. Charges can vary from different countries and these are not reflected in our pricing or shipping costs. 

We recommend checking the import regulations for your country for any additional charges before placing an order.

INTERNATIONAL DELAYS

There may be some delays when your package reaches your chosen country which can be due to the customs clearing process. Although majority of our packages are met before or within the estimated shipping times, unfortunately these delays are out of our control.
