Custom, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties and taxes are now collected at checkout, ensuring a smooth and seamless purchasing experience with no unexpected import charges upon delivery. Please note that while we do everything possible to dispatch your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or border inspections once your parcel arrives in the destination country.

We recommend checking the import regulations for your country for any additional charges even though many countries do not charge but if they do, these charges are payable by the buyer and we do not cover or reimburse these costs.

International Delivery Delays

Most international orders arrive within, or even before, the estimated delivery timeframe. However, in some cases parcels may experience delays when they reach the destination country due to customs clearance or border processing.

While we do everything possible to dispatch your order promptly and provide tracking throughout its journey, customs processing times are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience should any unexpected delays occur.
