Can I amend my shipping details after placing my order?
Once an order has been placed it is sent directly to our workshop to start production. Our production times are an estimate to allow for our artisans ample time to hand craft your beautiful piece.
Some orders may be made quicker than the estimated production time and will be sent out for shipping promptly.
If your order is still in production we may be able to update your shipping address details. If your order has already been sent out for shipping, you will need to place a new order with the correct shipping details.
If you need an error or need to make any changes, please contact our customer service team at support@fynejewelry.co.uk with your name, address and order number. Although we cannot guarantee any changes we will try our utmost best to assist your request.
Can I change my order after I've paid for it?
Unfortunately we are unable to make any item changes to orders once they have been placed.
