FAQ - Orders & Delivery
TRACK UK ORDERS
UK packages are shipped with Royal Mail. Your tracking number can be found in the shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can use the link below to track your order:

TRACK INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail and once the package has reached the chosen country, it will be delivered by the countries main postal service. We ship all our international orders using the 'Track & Signed For' service.
Once the package has left the UK, you will be redirected via your tracking number to the countries main postal service website for further updates as the package makes it way through the postal system.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
All deliveries are made by Royal Mail for UK and International deliveries. We are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses. For international orders, once your order has reached the chosen country it is your local delivery service who will deliver your order.
Do I need to sign for my parcel?
Packages may require a signature up on delivery.
I'm not going to be home to receive my package, what should I do?
If you won't be available to receive your package the courier will attempt delivery and leave a note if they have missed you.
Your online tracking number will keep you updated of when your parcel is out for delivery or if the courier attempted delivery.
After attempted delivery the courier will leave a note where you can rearrange delivery or arrange collection.
If the package is not claimed the package will be returned to Fyne Jewelry. Once we receive it we can send the package out again with the shipping cost to be paid in full by the buyer before being re-shipped.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
I haven't received a confirmation email.
If you haven't received a confirmation email from us it's because most likely there is a typo in the email address that has been provided. Please reach out to our customer service team via the 'Contact Us' page with your full name, date of purchase, what was ordered and the total amount.
I've not received a shipment confirmation email.
If you've not received a shipment email it's most likely that your order is still in production. As our pieces are hand crafted and made to order this may take a short time. Each listing shows a production timeframe and you can visit our 'Production Times' page for our current production times, Once your order has been shipped you'll receive a shipment confirmation.
If your order has been beyond the shipment timeframe please contact our customer service team who will be more than happy to check this for you.
My order has been shipped but I've not received it.
If you'v received your shipping confirmation with the tracking number, you can track the updates on the Royal Mail Track & Trace page.
Your parcel still may be moving through the postage system, please be patient as the courier can experience some delay which is our of our control.
If your tracking status is marked delivered but you've not received your package, please contact the customer service team at support@fynejewelry.co.uk with your name, order number & tracking number.
