LUXURY GIFT WRAPPING
Make your gift extra special with our luxury gift wrapping. Your piece will be presented in a superb gift box with our classic gold printed logo inside the box, a matching gift bag and finished with our luxurious ribbon.
Our luxury gift wrapping can be added to your cart when buying your chosen piece.
A message card is available to purchase separately to add the final touch to your gift.
You can leave the card blank or we can hand write your special message.
If you are buying multiple pieces, please select the 'Box Separately' option before adding your chosen piece to the cart.
We do our best to be eco friendly and wrap multiple pieces into one box.
PLEASE NOTE: We don't include any kind of receipt in our purchases with gift wrapping. We email you (the buyer)the receipt for safe keeping.
CLASSIC PACKAGING
All our pieces are perfect for gifting! Our pieces come sealed and presented in our white, classic ready-to-gift jewelry box with our signature gold printed logo.
We do our best to be eco friendly and wrap multiple pieces into one box.
If you would like your piece to be boxed separately, please select the 'Box Separately' option before adding your chosen piece to the cart.

GIFT CARDS
Can I return a gift card?
We can cancel and fully refund a gift card to the original payment method as long as the gift card has not been used. We are unable to refund partially used gift cards.
How do I check the balance on my gift card?
When purchasing the gift card initially you would have been sent an email with the balance.
To check any remaining balance, enter the gift code at the checkout and it will tell you automatically how much balance is remaining on the card.
Can I give the gift card to someone else?
Of course! It's simple, all you have to do is forward the digital gift card via email to the persona you want to give it to. That will complete the transfer of the gift card.
Do the gift cards expire?
Nope!
Do you have physical gift cards?
Our gift cards are currently digital gift cards.
We are currently working on physical gifts which we hope to launch in the near future allowing you to truly deliver a surprise to your giftee.
Do you send receipts in the package?
If items are marked as a gift then we will not include any information. So not to worry, when you're purchasing a lovely gift for your giftee they will just receive the beautifully packaged hand made jewelry in either own classic packaging or if you have purchased our luxury gift wrapping.
We do however always send a receipt of any order via email to the buyer. If what whatever reason you need to send it to the recipient, you can forward this on.
Can I return a gifted item?
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you have the order receipt, we can offer a refund if the item is within the 14 days returns policy or provide a gift card.
We do not offer returns on custom items, personalised items and earrings.
Can I leave a note for the recipient?
Of course! We have a range of different note cards that are available to purchase. Choose your desired note card which can be left blank or you can type your short note in the note card box which we will then hand write for you.
