LUXURY GIFT WRAPPING
Make your gift even more special with our Luxury Gift Wrapping service.
Your jewelry will be beautifully presented in our signature luxury gift box, featuring our elegant gold-foiled logo, accompanied by a matching FYNE gift bag and finished with a luxurious ribbon for the perfect presentation.
Luxury gift wrapping can be added to your order when purchasing your chosen piece.
Add a Personal Message
Complete your gift with a personalised message card, available to add on your order. You can choose to leave the card blank or we'll handwrite your special message for an extra personal touch.
Ordering Multiple Gifts?
If you're purchasing multiple pieces and would like each item gift wrapped separately, please select the "Box Separately" option before adding each item to your cart.
As part of our commitment to reducing waste, multiple items will otherwise be beautifully packaged together in one gift box where possible.
Please Note: We do not include printed receipts or pricing information with gift-wrapped orders. Your receipt will be emailed directly to you, the purchaser, for your records.
CLASSIC PACKAGING
All our pieces are perfect for gifting! Our pieces come sealed and presented in our white, classic ready-to-gift jewelry box with our signature gold printed logo.
We do our best to be eco friendly and wrap multiple pieces into one box.
If you would like your piece to be boxed separately, please select the 'Box Separately' option before adding your chosen piece to the cart.
GIFT CARDS
Can I return a gift card?
Unused gift cards can be cancelled and refunded in full to the original payment method.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund gift cards that have been partially or fully redeemed.
How do I check the balance on my gift card?
When you purchase a gift card, you'll receive an email containing your gift card code and its original balance.
To check your remaining balance at any time, simply enter your gift card code at checkout. The available balance will be displayed automatically before you complete your purchase.
Can I send the gift card to someone else?
Absolutely! Simply forward the gift card email to the recipient, and they'll be able to use the gift card code to make a purchase.
Once you've forwarded the email, the gift card has been successfully transferred to the recipient.
Do the gift cards expire?
Nope!
Do you have physical gift cards?
At the moment, our gift cards are available as digital gift cards, delivered instantly by email.
We're currently working on introducing beautiful physical gift cards, which we hope to launch in the near future—perfect for making your gift even more special and creating a memorable surprise for your loved one.
Do you send receipts in the package?
If your order is marked as a gift, we will not include any receipts, invoices, or pricing information in the package.
Your recipient will simply receive their beautifully handcrafted jewelry, carefully presented in either our Classic Packaging or Luxury Gift Wrapping, depending on the option you selected.
A receipt is always sent electronically to the email address used to place the order. If you'd like the recipient to have a copy, you can simply forward the email to them.
Can I return a gifted item?
Yes, eligible gifted items can be returned, provided the return meets the requirements of our 14-day returns policy and the original order receipt or proof of purchase is available.
We do not currently offer exchanges. If the returned item is eligible, we can either:
- Issue a refund to the original payment method, or
- Provide a FYNE Jewelry gift card.
Please note that personalised items, custom-made pieces, and earrings are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
Can I leave a note for the recipient?
Absolutely! We offer a beautiful selection of handcrafted note cards that can be added to your order.
Simply choose your preferred note card when placing your order. You can either leave it blank to write your own message or enter a short personalised message, and we'll carefully handwrite it for you to add a truly personal touch.
