FAQ - RETURNED PACKAGES

My package has been returned back to Fyne. What will happen now?

Don't worry! There are a number of reasons to why your package has been returned to us.

Some of the reasons can include: 

- The delivery address is not correct.

- The package was refused at the delivery point.

- The courier was unable to access the address.

• The recipient did not arrange re-delivery or collection after the courier attempted delivery. 

Once the package has been received by us for any of the above reasons, we are happy to re-ship the package again.

The shipping cost will reapply before the package can be shipped out.
