FAQ - RETURNED PACKAGES

My package has been returned back to Fyne. What will happen now?

Don't worry! There are several reasons why a parcel may be returned to us, including:

• An incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
• The parcel was refused by the recipient.
• The courier was unable to access the delivery address.
• The parcel was not collected or a re-delivery was not arranged after a delivery attempt.
• The parcel was returned by the local postal service for another delivery-related reason.

Once your parcel has been received back at our Fyne HQ, we'll be happy to send it out again.

Please note that a new shipping charge will apply before your order can be re-dispatched, as the original shipping service has already been completed.
