ARTWORK ENGRAVING

 

CAN YOU ENGRAVE ARTWORK? 

Yes. We love bringing meaningful artwork to life through our engraving service.

We can engrave many types of artwork, including hand-drawn illustrations, simple sketches, children's drawings, line art, logos (where authorised) and other custom designs, provided they are suitable for laser engraving.

Every artwork submission is individually reviewed by our team before production to ensure it is suitable for engraving and meets our artwork requirements.



ORIGINAL ARTWORK & COPYRIGHT

Fyne Jewelry respects the intellectual property rights of artists, designers, businesses, and copyright owners.

 

We cannot copy, reproduce, or engrave artwork that belongs to another person or business without the appropriate permission.

 

By submitting artwork for engraving, you confirm that:

  • You are the creator or legal owner of the artwork; or
  • You have obtained permission from the copyright owner to reproduce the artwork; or
  • The artwork is in the public domain or otherwise free to use.

 

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any artwork submitted to us does not infringe the copyright, trademark, design rights, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

 

 

ARTWORK APPROVAL

Before production begins, our team may review your artwork to determine whether it can be engraved.

Where necessary, we may contact you to request additional information or confirmation that you have permission to use the artwork.

If we believe an artwork may infringe another person's intellectual property rights, or if we are unable to verify that the appropriate permissions have been obtained, we reserve the right to decline the engraving request and cancel or refund the affected part of your order.

 

 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

By placing an order containing custom artwork, you confirm and agree that:

  • You have the legal right to use the artwork.
  • The artwork does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • You grant Fyne Jewelry permission to reproduce the artwork solely for the purpose of manufacturing your personalised jewelry.

 

Fyne Jewelry accepts no liability for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from artwork supplied by customers.
