All our orders are handcrafted, made to order which can take a short time. 

Please allow the production time before your order is shipped.

CURRENT PRODUCTION TIMES:

Ready To Ship Orders: 1 - 2 working days, Monday - Friday  

Personalised Made To Orders: 3 - 5 working days, Monday - Friday

Custom Made To Orders: 5 - 10 workings days, Monday - Friday

If you have a Ready-To-Ship piece with a Custom or Personalised piece, your order will be shipped all together after the given production time for a Custom or Personalised piece.

If you require the Ready-To-Ship order sooner, we recommend doing a separate order.

PARCELS MAY REQUIRE A SIGNATURE/PHOTO AS PROOF OF DELIVERY

International Orders

All NONE UK orders - Please write the delivery address in ENGLISH to prevent any delays.

Custom, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties and taxes are now collected at checkout, ensuring a smooth and seamless purchasing experience with no unexpected import charges upon delivery. Please note that while we do everything possible to dispatch your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or border inspections once your parcel arrives in the destination country.

We recommend checking the import regulations for your country for any additional charges even though many countries do not charge but if they do, these charges are payable by the buyer and we do not cover or reimburse these costs.
